Die thermondo Group stellt nicht nur an sich selbst, sondern auch an ihre Geschäftspartner hohe ethische Standards. Es geht uns darum sicherzustellen, dass wir uns an geltende Gesetze halten und einen ehrlichen, fairen und verlässlichen Umgang untereinander, mit unseren Kunden und unseren Geschäftspartnern pflegen. Hierfür haben wir unsere Compliance Management System geschaffen, welches dazu beiträgt, dass alle unsere Geschäftsführer und Mitarbeiter über geltendes Recht informiert sind und sich an dieses sowie an unsere unternehmensinternen Richtlinien halten.
Verantwortungsvolle und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung
Mit dem Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) wurden die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen für eine verantwortungsvolle und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung entlang der Lieferkette geschaffen. Den Anforderungen des LkSG kommen wir als thermondo Group nach.
Hinweise auf mögliche menschenrechtliche und umweltbezogene Risiken oder Verletzungen können im LkSG Meldekanal abgegeben werden. Informationen zum Anwendungsbereich sowie zum Ablauf des Beschwerdeverfahrens können der Verfahrensordnung entnommen werden.
Den weiteren Sorgfaltspflichten des LkSG, wie ein angemessenes und wirksames Risikomanagement, kommt die thermondo Group ebenfalls nach. Über die Erfüllung unserer Sorgfaltspflichten nach dem LkSG werden wir gegenüber dem Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle berichten.

Sollten Sie Hinweise auf ein Fehlverhalten oder einen Regelverstoß haben, zögern Sie bitte nicht, diese zu melden. Nur so können wir entsprechend gegensteuern und uns verbessern.
Hinweise können selbstverständlich auch anonym abgegeben werden.

Our aim is to ensure that we comply with applicable laws and maintain honest, fair and reliable dealings with each other, our customers and our business partners. To this end, we have created our Compliance Management System, which helps to ensure that all our managers and employees are informed about applicable laws and adhere to them and our internal company guidelines
Responsible and sustainable value creation
The Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG) has created the legal framework for responsible and sustainable value creation along the supply chain. As the thermondo Group, we comply with the requirements of the LkSG.
Information on possible human rights and environmental risks or violations can be submitted via the LkSG reporting channel. Information on the scope of application and the complaints procedure can be seen in the Rules of Procedure.
The thermondo Group also complies with the other due diligence obligations of the LkSG, such as appropriate and effective risk management. We will report to the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control on the fulfillment of our due diligence obligations under the LkSG.

If you have any indications of misconduct or a breach of the rules, please do not hesitate to report it. This is the only way we can take appropriate countermeasures and improve.
