We are raising the bar. We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Sales Domain. This is a high-impact role for a leader who can operate at multiple altitudes: you will mentor individual engineers, guide other managers, and set the technical and organizational strategy for the entire Sales ecosystemIf you enjoy this
Manage Managers: Coach and develop the Engineering Manager reporting to you, helping them become a better leader and handle complex people topics.
Lead high performance individuals: Be the direct manager of a second team of cross functional individual contributors.
Raise the Bar: Act as a custodian of our engineering culture by mentoring Senior and Staff engineers to drive feedback loops, technical rigor, and Extreme Ownership.
Shape the Org: Lead headcount planning, hiring strategy, and organizational design within the Sales domain to ensure high talent density.
Drive Domain Strategy: Oversee the interplay between our Python/Typescript stack and our Salesforce implementation, ensuring seamless integration and high business value.
Set Technical Vision: Collaborate with Staff Engineers to define the long-term architectural direction, ensuring software is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user needs.
Ensure Predictable Delivery: Own the execution for your entire domain, identifying cross-team dependencies and unblocking both your direct and managed teams.
Align Stakeholders: Partner with Senior Product Leaders and business stakeholders to translate high-level goals into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Champion Operational Excellence: Account for the operational health of your domain's services, driving best practices in CI/CD, observability, and quality assurance.

A Leader of Leaders: You have 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with at least 1 year experience managing other managers or leading multiple squads simultaneously.
Technically Grounded: You have a strong background in software engineering (e.g., Python, Typescript, Go). While you may not code daily, you can challenge architectural decisions, understand complex distributed systems, and earn the respect of Senior engineers.
Ecosystem Agnostic: You are capable of managing professionals in technologies outside your primary expertise by focusing on engineering principles, data flow, and business outcomes.
Strategic & Pragmatic: You know when to refactor and when to ship. You can balance the immediate needs of the Sales team with the long-term health of the platform.
A Talent Magnet: You have a track record of hiring exceptional talent and dealing with underperformance effectively. You build teams that people want to join.
Bonus Points
Experience managing teams in a "Low Code / No Code" vs. "Custom Code" hybrid environment.
Background in Python, Typescript, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in the Energy, Ecommerce, or Logistics sectors.
Experience delivering impactful AI Engineering products.
