As a certified professional with at least 5 years of experience in this field, you will collaborate closely with the Salesforce team to develop intuitive, customer-centric solutions that support our environmental mission. Your role will be crucial in optimizing and managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and broad user adoption.

• Overseeing and optimizing Salesforce systems to align with industry best practices, company goals and integrate seamlessly with other tools.

• Technically leading complex projects, including system upgrades, customizations, and new feature implementations.

• Proactively identifying and resolving technical and business issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance.

• Collaborating with various departments to share insights and ensure effective Salesforce utilization.

• Driving the adoption of Salesforce best practices, maintaining compliance with industry standards and business requirements.

And recognise yourself here

• Having proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, (optionally ERP solutions as well), including integration and automation.

• Experienced in managing complex Salesforce delivery, from planning to post release monitoring.

• The ability to develop code is nice to have but not necessary.

• Skilled in Salesforce configurations, flows, and third-party integrations.

• Capable of analyzing data to optimize systems and inform business decisions.

• Adept at resolving technical issues for reliable system performance.

• An effective communicator who collaborates across all organizational levels.

• Open to come to our office at least twice a week
