What I really value about working here is how close we are to the people who use what we build. I’ve grown a lot here, especially when I’m outside my comfort zone.
The constant mental stimulation is a big part of what motivates me in my role. I work on interesting topics, and the size of the tech team allows me to explore different areas. As a self-taught developer, I’m able to learn a lot and continue growing with every project.
What I really appreciate is the opportunity to explore different roles, from research to development, and to take real ownership in my work. My role is full of new challenges. Especially when it comes to integrating AI into our workflows, I enjoy discovering new and creative ways to solve complex problems.
